Content Accuracy
Each ceramic item is hand made and unique, no two pieces exactly the same - they will vary slightly from that in the photographs. Round might be slightly oval and straight lines curvaceous. Subtleties in glaze application add depth to colour intensity and hue. It all adds to their personality.
Care has been taken so that product descriptions, dimensions (mm) and photographs give a reliable representation of each item. Effort has been taken to provide a faithful representation of colours, however as the colours you see are specific to your screen, colours can not be guaranteed to be accurate.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are exclusive of delivery costs. Any duties, taxes and fees relating to international payments and delivery are the responsibility of the receiver. Prices on the website are subject to change. Prices on an order are fixed once your order has been placed and will not be retrospectively applied.
Payment
Online payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment gateway. Stripe accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Stripe takes your privacy and payment security seriously, to find out more please visit their website. No credit card information is stored by Sarah Backler.
